Great service. Fast, friendly. But they overcharged me. I didn’t realize till later. Called them up, our conversation ended with I will give you a call back in a few minutes. This was very first time at Viva Kia. During this time my husband was deployed for 9 months which means I didn't have someone to drive me home in another vehicle after dropping off my van at Kia service. The service team were great at providing a Lift that the company paid for to take me home and bring me back to Kia to pickup my van.

First of all, your sales agent and sales manager did not give me details or terms and conditions of the Maintenance & Hazardous Plans that was charged on contract until after the fact! I had to go back and request written detail info of what the plans covered or not covered! You have to give clients the option to buy plans to avoid this problem of deceptive trade practices!
Secondly, after i requested refund of these plans, it took 2 months before my refund was applied to my balance with Kia Finance.

Love that I can book an appointment to have my car serviced. Service was quick and they were extremely busy that day.
